In 2016, Naveen-ul-Haq joined the Afghanistan team and made his ODI debut against Bangladesh. In 2018. Naveen led his team to the Junior World Cup’s semi-final and, interestingly, took 8 wickets with a splendid economic rate. In 2019, he made his dream debut in the T20 format against Bangladesh, taking two wickets. In 2023, he made his IPL debut with Rajasthan Royals, showcased his extraordinary skills as a pacer, and proved that he is an absolute and credible team player.
