Devon Conway Career StatsDevon Conway IPL Stats
Devon Conway has come a long way in international cricket. From being a second-tier player in the domestic cricket circuit in South Africa to representing New Zealand on the global stage, it has been quite a journey. By no means has it been smooth though.
Conway started playing in South Africa domestically but failed to make a strong impression and earn a spot among the first-tier players. His irregular batting positions in different formats of cricket and the inconsistency of performance prevented his success.
His career trajectory changed completely after he moved to New Zealand in 2017. He showed brilliance in domestic competitions and rose to quickly become part of the national team. This attacking left-handed batsman has maintained a promising record, even contributing to his new team’s ICC World Test Championship (WTC) win in 2021.
As the ICC Men’s Cricket World Cup approaches, fans expect to see Conway in New Zealand’s playing eleven.
